README.md

Create a docker registry using helm under the namespace "registry" It should use Longhorn for data storage (which is already set up on cluster) Ingress should be : Traefik ( already set up) Cert-Manager is already set up and should be used. The docker registry should answer to https (443) externally to host: "registry.asterisk.is"
